6th, 7th and 8th November Madrid

6th, 7th and 8th November Madrid

The Ibero-American Forum on Design Research and Design will showcase a selection of the best design and design research projects from Ibero-America.

Introduction

We believe that Ibero-America’s Design and Design Research need a coordinated and urgent boost. Only then, will they be able to play the role that is rightfully theirs, as enablers of the economy and social development of our countries. Enabling this potential of Design Research and Design is essential to create a community, not only for design researchers and design professionals, but also for universities, companies, public institutions and society as a whole. This enabling can transform the intense work that professionals and research networks have developed in recent years into a wealth of knowledge. The Asociación Iberoamérica Diseña and the Red Iberoamericana de Investigación y Diseño, RIDID, organized this first Forum on Research and Design, to showcase the best design research projects that have been or are being developed in Iberoamerica by Iberoamerican designers, design researchers and companies.
